Showcasing what the Hawkesbury business community and their associates have to offer – shopping and supporting local businesses
On display will be local services and suppliers, showcasing what they have available for other businesses and consumers locally and beyond.
The array of displays, activities and stalls will allow for marketing and building brand awareness among the business and consumer communities of the Hawkesbury and beyond. Friday is aimed at a business to business market, while Saturday is aimed more at the consumer market, however, families and community members can attend either day at no cost. The expo is a celebration of our business diversity while ensuring that our community and neighbours are aware of all that the Hawkesbury region has to offer.
- All industries.
- All sizes of business, but they must hold public liability cover.
- Businesses based in or servicing the Hawkesbury.
- Focus on interactive displays and attendee involvement such as trials, games, competitions or other activities.
- Family-friendly, but a display does not need to have a family focus.
- Free entry for attendees to the expo.
- Friday@5 networking event for businesses and attendees for an additional fee including drinks. There will be food vendors on site for an additional fee.
There is a mix of spaces of various sizes, allowing for spaces to meet the needs of all businesses so that a food truck, tractor retailer, jumping castle operator, accountant or musician can feel comfortable presenting their business offering.
Business expo spaces available
Stall spaces: Space available inside the venue with various sizes.
Artist Hub: Space to sell CD’s, artwork, merch in a shared area. Also includes 20 minute set time for performance or demonstration on the event stage. For all Creatives, not limited to Musicians. This Option is for those who do Commission work and Gig’s only as space is very limited.
Friday or Saturday only: If you cannot attend both days or are only focused on the consumer or commercial markets, there is a one day only stall option.
Extras: Furniture and advertising materials we can offer to add to your display. Purchase of Extras closes 2 week prior to the event.
Friday @ Five: Drinks and Networking Event will be from 5-8pm and includes a premium drinks package. Food can be purchased from vendors at an additional cost.
